Research Abstract

医師の労働環境の診療への影響を調査・研究した。
1)直接測定研究
医師の課題遂行機能、疲労度等を、当直明け時と通常勤務時で測定し比較した。当直業務が医師の主観的負荷を高めている可能性、当直明け時の客観的な注意力低下の可能性が示唆された。
2)大規模質問紙調査
当直時の睡眠時間は、当直明けの眠気疲労度と身体・精神負担感やパフォーマンスに影響を与えているなど、当直業務の負荷と医療の質との関係が明らかとなった。
