Research Abstract

ナノマテリアルの健康影響、特に高感受性集団に対する健康影響は未だ明らかにされていなかった。本研究では、物性や形状、大きさの異なる数種類のナノマテリアルの影響を、その単独毒性のみならず、高感受性要因に着目して動物個体レベル (in vivo)で検討した。1)アレルゲンによるアレルギー性喘息の病態は各種ナノマテリアルにより有意に増悪した。2)細菌毒素による炎症性の肺傷害及び3)血液凝固異常も、各種ナノマテリアルにより有意に増悪した。
