Research Abstract

「小児期からの生涯を通じた健康づくり推進」のため、平成12年度より活動を開始している徳島県医師会生活習慣病予防対策委員会の中に平成16年度、糖尿病対策班が設立された。本研究は糖尿病対策班を核として、早期糖尿病の方の行動変容の要因を知ることと各機関の連携強化のために行った。糖尿病対策班は各種提言、啓発活動、連携事業等を実施した。早期糖尿病登録者の中で、農業従事者の方が食習慣の改善率が高かったが、登録時の検査値・性格・味の好み等と行動変容の間に有意な関連はみられなかった。
