Research Abstract

剖検試料から薬毒物を広く分析することで、死体の生前の健康状況を診断する情報を得ることができる。しかし、薬毒物は多種多様であり、剖検で薬物情報を得るには多種類の分析が必要で、時間がかかる。そこで、本研究では、ガスクロマトグラフィー質量分析法(GC-MS)の測定を高速化し、時間短縮を検討した。2種類の短い分析カラムを連結することで、従来30分程度かかっていた1グループの薬物の測定を5分ぐらいに短縮できた。さらに、覚せい剤の光学異性体分離分析についても高速化の条件を設定できた。本研究で開発した技術は、法医中毒学分野の他、GC-MS分析を必要とする分野にも応用可能である。
