Research Abstract |
Vasohibin(VASH)ファミリーのうち、VASH-1は主に血管新生が終息する部位の内皮細胞に発現し、血管新生を止めるのに対VASH-2は間質に浸潤する骨髄由来単核球に発現し、VASH-1とは拮抗的は血管新生を促進する。また、内皮細胞に発現すVASH-1は、血管新生を抑制するばかりか、ROSの生成を抑制すると共にSIRT1の産生をも増加させ、内皮細胞のストレス耐性、抗老化に寄与する。
