Research Abstract

組織移行性と血液消失の速やかな低分子化抗体やAffibodyなどのポリペプチドが開発され、アイソトープ治療の有効性と安全性の向上が期待される。しかし、これらのポリペプチドは腎臓への非特異的な集積を示して重篤な腎臓障害を招く。ポリペプチドが腎細胞へ取り込まれる前に、放射性化合物を遊離させて尿中へ排泄できれば腎臓の放射活性を大きく低減できると考えた。本薬剤設計に必要な、腎臓の酵素で速やかに開裂される結合様式と新たな標識薬剤についての知見を得た。
