Research Abstract |
がん細胞・腫瘍組織および正常細胞・正常組織における二硝酸イソソルビド(ISDN)の放射線照射時の薬理作用および放射線増感剤としての作用メカニズムを、治験薬検討指針に基づいて、染色体異常の誘発、DNA損傷の誘発およびその修復制御、細胞周期制御、アポトーシスの誘発およびその制御、血管新生の誘発およびその制御等の局面から詳細に明らかにし、臨床試験の実施に必要となるエビデンスの蓄積を図り、ISDNが放射線増感剤として臨床応用可能であることを明らかにした。
