Research Abstract

我々は、高速マイクロダイセクションを利用して膵切除組織より採取した標的細胞や膵液サンプルを用いて膵癌関連遺伝子の発現解析を行い、膵癌早期診断において有用な遺伝子を複数同定した。また、膵液を含めた細胞診サンプルにも高速マイクロダイセクションを導入し、標的細胞におけるh-TERT mRNA定量解析を行い、これまでに報告したテロメラーゼ活性測定法や膵液検体を用いた解析よりも更に高感度な癌精密診断法を確立した。電気化学テロメラーゼ解析を用いて膵液サンプル中のテロメラーゼ活性を測定するために卓上型の機器開発を行い、従来のTRAP法以上の感度・特異度でテロメラーゼ活性を検出することが可能になった。
