Research Abstract

GV/SV比40%以下のグラフトを含む左葉グラフトを用いた生体肝移植でも成績は良好であった(1年生存率100%、5年生存率94%)。左葉グラフト移植後に門脈血流量の著明な増加が認められた。また移植後門脈圧と移植後二週間の一日平均腹水量に相関が認められ、移植後の門脈圧が25mmHg以上の症例では大量の腹水が認められた。移植後門脈圧が25mmHgでは脾動脈結紮、脾摘などの門脈流量調節が必要と考えられた。
