| Research Abstract |
ラット心筋梗塞モデルに対して、脂肪組織から採取した間葉系幹細胞を局所注入により移植し、心機能、病理組織学適評価、分子生物学的評価を行った。細胞移植群ではコントロールと比べ、心機能、血管新生増殖因子の発現に有意な差は認められなかった。これは移植細胞の生着率が低いことに起因すると考えられ、今後はより効率の高い細胞移植方法として、幹細胞による細胞シートを用いた移植実験を行う予定である。
