| Research Abstract |
呼吸器悪性腫瘍(肺がん、特に肺腺癌と悪性中皮腫)の早期診断と治療の個別化に向けた蛋白質レベルのバイオマーカー探索を目的に研究を行った。探索の主たる手段に2次元電気泳動法と質量分析(LC-MS)を用いた。特に臨床上有効性の高い血清診断を可能にするバイオマーカーの探索をめざし、培養細胞・外科切除材料の短期培養上清(conditioned medium)中に分泌されるであろう蛋白質の解析を中心に行った。(1) 悪性中皮腫と低分化肺腺癌との鑑別(2) 肺腺癌の早期発見バイオマーカー探索(検診への応用)(3) チロシンキナーゼ阻害薬のリン酸化腫瘍蛋白に与える影響の分析→効果予測の検討(4) 肺腺癌の術後補助化学療法選択のためのバイオマーカー探索を中心に解析を進めた。
