| Research Abstract |
遺伝子発現プロファイリングの結果、神経膠腫の予後を予測する58遺伝子群を同定し、予後予測(補助療法感受性予測)するためのアルゴリズムを作成した。既知の1p19q染色体のLOHの有無及びMGMTの発現とは独立した予後因子としてこの58遺伝子プロファイルは有用であった。更に、臨床応用を容易にするために、PCRアレイを操作性の簡便なreal time PCRに転換し、これに基づいたアルゴリズムも作成した
