Research Abstract

骨髄由来血管内皮前駆細胞は脳虚血モデルにおいて虚血巣に集積して内皮に分化し脳虚血軽減効果および虚血後の脳血流回復効果を認めるが、頚動脈内膜肥厚モデルに投与すると慢性期に血管内皮ではなく平滑筋に分化・増殖し内膜肥厚を増悪させる。血管内皮前駆細胞の分化調節にはTGF-b1が主に関与していた。動物用7T MRIをもちいることでラット、マウスの脳血管評価が可能となりマウス慢性進行性脳血管狭窄モデルが作成可能であった。動物用PET をもちいることでラット脳血流定量が可能となりカルシウム拮抗剤の二フェジピンが虚血慢性期の脳血流保持に関与することが明らかになった。
