Research Abstract |
研究代表者による下垂体腺腫の手術標本と培養下垂体腺腫細胞を用いた。低酸素状態に陥った状態での研究を行った。その結果細胞表面に発現するRECK蛋白が低酸素刺激によりMMPへの刺激を介在し、その発現を促進させることで細胞浸潤を亢進させていることが明らかになった。さらに血管内皮細胞の前駆細胞を骨髄から呼び寄せる因子SDF-1も低酸素刺激によって産生され、浸潤傾向の強い下垂体腺腫ほど高く発現していることが明らかとなった。
