Research Abstract

立体骨モデルは,あらかじめ撮影したCT画像をもとにインクジェッ粉末積層装置を用いて作製。同意のもとに,数十例の症例に対して術前のCT画像を元にコンピュータの仮想空間上で手術計画を行うと同時に,実物大骨モデルを用いた手術シミュレーションを実施した。特に形態変形の高度な症例対して,安全で正確な手技の遂行に有用であった。実際の手術に際してスタッフ間のイメージの補完に有用であった。今後の課題はシミュレーションと同様の手術を実施するためのナビゲーションシステムとの連携を行い長期的な効果判定を行うことである。
