Research Abstract

四肢や骨盤部および肩甲帯に発生する転移性骨腫瘍に対して低侵襲で有効性の高い治療法の開発は進行期の癌患者のQOLを高めるのに重要である。そのため、磁性体温熱療法およびアクリジン光線力学療法の有効性を検討した。その結果、腫瘍局所制御の効果は長期間維持されていた。患者の活動性はADL評価で著しい向上がみられた。治療後の副作用を全く認めない点に置いて放射線治療群より有用と考えられた。
