Research Abstract

本研究は, 気道過敏性を伴った患者に対する吸入麻酔薬の影響とその機序について検討したものである。肺気腫モデルにおいてセボフルランは弛緩抵抗性を示した。機序として平滑筋組織の弛緩抵抗性が明らかにされ, さらに細胞内Ca2+濃度の低下が減弱し, カルシウムチャネル活性の抑制が減弱した。このチャネル活性の変化はセボフルランによるcyclic AMPレベル上昇作用の抑制が影響していると考えられた。本研究は, 吸入麻酔薬の効果が弱い疾患における細胞レベルでの機序を解明したものである。
