Research Abstract

内耳再生するニワトリと内耳再生しないマウスとで比較解析を行い、効率的な内耳再生誘導因子の探索を試みた。まず両者で共通する内耳障害モデルを作成し、サンプル採取時期・採取法を設定した。次に、ニワトリ初期胚を用いて、Stage6-8(内耳otic cup 形成開始期)とStage10(内耳otic vesicle 形成終了期)のotic 領域とotic 以外のectoderm 領域とをマイクロアレイ比較解析して、内耳形成関連因子を抽出した。また、候補遺伝子をニワトリまたはマウス内耳の標的細胞に導入する為の手法を確立した。
