Research Abstract

我々は、PRIP分子を新規イノシトール1, 4, 5-三リン酸結合性タンパク質として見出し、PRIP-1/-2ダブルノックアウトマウス(DKOマウス)を作製しその表現型解析を行った。そして、DKOマウスが高インスリン血症を示すことを明らかにし、その原因がインスリン開口放出が亢進したことによることを見出した。さらに、これはPRIPとタンパク質脱リン酸化酵素複合体によるリン酸化制御異常によることを明らかにした。
