Research Abstract |
インプラント周囲の組織再生能を向上すべく、様々な表面改質法が考案されている.しかし生体分子の固定化に関しては、未だ実用的な手法は報告されていない.本研究では、光反応性ゼラチンによるチタン表面への生体分子固定化法を新たに開発し、その結果、チタン表面にゼラチンを微細構造状に光固定化できることが明らかとなった.様々な生体分子を共固定化することにより、チタン表面への生体機能性付与が可能となると期待される.
