Research Abstract

口腔病変の解析をするために、組織特異的欠損(コンディッショナルノックアウト : CKO)マウスを制作と同時に、既存のmull ノックアウト(KO)マウスを用いて以下のように研究をおこなった。 (1) CKO マウスの制作 : A170遺伝子にLoxPで第一エクソンを挟んだflox/floxマウスを制作し、Creマウスと掛け合わせてCKO マウスを完成させた。(2)口腔病変における酸化ストレスの意義の解析 : Peroxiredoxin I遺伝子KOマウスを用いて、シスプラチンの感受性の低下について解析した。また、A170遺伝子KOマウスのフェノタイプに解析を追加した。
