Research Abstract

本研究は骨再生のために必要な足場として炭酸アパタイトを, さらに細胞として骨髄間質性細胞を用いてその有用性を検討した.炭酸アパタイトには骨芽細胞が侵入するために連続気孔性を付与し, 実験動物に埋入すると4 週間で気孔内に骨の形成を認め炭酸アパタイトの吸収も確認できた.しかし24 週後でも炭酸アパタイトは完全に骨に置換していなかった.さらにこの炭酸アパタイトに骨髄間質性細胞を分化誘導させた細胞を注入すると骨再生の時期は少し早まったが, 完全な骨への置換は認めなかった.
