Research Abstract

脂肪組織由来間葉系幹細胞(ADSC)を用いた歯周組織再生療法を確立するため、ヒトADSC の硬組織形成細胞への分化能を解析するとともに、ビーグル犬歯周病モデルにおいてADSC の歯周組織再生効果を検討した。その結果、ヒトADSC が硬組織形成細胞への分化能を有していることが確認され、2級根分岐部病変や2壁性骨欠損のような重度の歯周組織欠損症例においても、ADSC が歯周組織再生を誘導する可能性が示唆された。
