Research Abstract

メタボリック症候群では非メタボリック症候群よりも処置歯数が少なく、AL平均値が大きかった。この関係はロジスティック回帰分析でも同様に見られたが、年齢と性差で補正するとこの関係は消失した。メタボリック症候群の構成因子である腹囲、脂質、血圧、血糖も一部の口腔所見と有意な関係があったが、血糖値に口腔所見と最も密な関係が認められた。特に血糖とPD最大値、AL最大値、AL平均値の間には重回帰分析を用いて性別と年齢で補正しても有意な関係が維持されたことから、メタボリック症候群構成因子のなかでは血糖が最も口腔と関係が深く、血糖はPD最大値、AL最大値、AL平均値の独立した影響因子であることが示唆された。
