Research Abstract

本研究では、戦争・紛争処理過程での人の移動と定着に関わる諸問題を、ボスニア紛争(92-95年)、コソヴォ紛争(99年)、アフガニスタン戦争(特に2001年以降)、イラク戦争(03年)、ナゴルノ・カラバフ紛争(1988-1992年)を主たる事例研究として現地調査及び文献調査を実施した.その結果、民主化支援が必ずしもマイノリティの権利を保障しないこと、遠隔地ナショナリズムに基づくディアスポラ・コミュニティーによる紛争への支援が時として民族浄化をもたらす実態が明らかになった.
