Research Abstract

核マイクロサテライト(SSR)マーカーと葉緑体SSR マーカーを用い、中国のマングローブ生息域のほぼ全域において、代表的なマングローブ7種(Acanthus ilicifolius、ツノヤブコウジ、ヒルギダマシ、オヒルギ、メヒルギ、ヒルギモドキ、ヤエヤマヒルギ)の集団遺伝構造を明らかにした。また、7樹種のうち、代表的メヒルギ集団を対象にして、空間遺伝構造、交配様式、花粉・胎生種子の散布様式を調べ、マングローブの集団内の繁殖特性を詳細に明らかにした。
