Research Abstract

東南アジアのデング出血熱では同じ流行、地域、同一患者体内において異なる遺伝子的背景をもつウイルスが流行・感染していることを明らかにした。さらにB細胞に感染が疑われる多数の症例を発見した。B細胞系の細胞に高い親和性を示したデング2型ウイルス株(K株)はウイルス粒子表面タンパクに特徴的な1アミノ酸変異をもっていることが明らかになった。またヒト細胞膜上に存在がしられているタンパク質のなかから、7種類のK株ウイルス受容体蛋白質候補を同定した。
