Research Abstract

我々は、これまでにFAB分類の不応性貧血において、日本例とドイツ例で臨床像が異なることを報告してきたが、その差異がアジアと欧米の民族差によるものかどうかを明らかにするために、日本と中国のFAB-RA症例を対象とし、臨床像を比較検討した。FAB-RAは診断が困難であるため、日独で検討した診断基準を用い、日中両国間で統一を図った。ドイツ例と比較し認められた日本の特徴は、中国例にも共通して認められた。MDSの臨床像において民族差があることが明らかになった。
