Research Abstract

論理回路に含まれる論理設計誤りを自動的に修正する論理診断手法を考案・実現するとともに,それに基づいてLSIに対する設計変更要求に対して最小限の修正で対応することを可能とする論理再合成手法を考案・実現した。ドントケア条件や修正箇所情報を利用した論理診断手法を提案することで,より少ない箇所の修正によって設計変更に対応する解を,より多く求めることが可能となり,設計変更コスト削減に大きな効果が得られた。
