Research Abstract |
stop signal 課題を遂行中の脳活動を、事象関連機能的磁気共鳴画像法の計測によって評価し、運動抑制に関わる脳部位を明らかにした.脳磁図による検討は、実験継続中である.次に、解明された脳部位をターゲットとして、事象関連TMS を与えた.その結果、ターゲット筋にかかわらず四肢の運動抑制が認められることを発見した.これらの結果は、運動抑制の脳内局在には、体部位局在がはっきりしないことを示唆する所見である.
