Research Abstract

AATYK(Apoptosis-associated tyrosine kinase )の神経突起伸長作用の機構を解明すべく、AATYK 結合タンパクとしてクラスリンアダプタータンパクAP-2 を同定した。キナーゼ欠損型AATYK 発現細胞やAATYK ノックダウンした細胞ではトランスフェリン及び神経特異的接着分子L1のエンドサイトーシスが減少した。AATYK はAP-2 と結合しクラスリン依存性エンドサイトーシスを制御することにより、神経突起伸長に関与すると考えられた。
