Research Abstract

今回リンパ管壁を介する水溶性物質の移動において,水溶性物質の分子量依存性と水溶性物質の移動に対するリンパ管内皮細胞の影響を中心に調査および研究を行った.
その結果,リンパ管壁を介する水溶性物質の移動には分子量依存性があり,さらにリンパ管内腔にTNF-αあるいはY-27632 を作用させると透過する分子量サイズは増加した.
これらの現象は,リンパ管内皮細胞の形態的あるいは機能的な変化が要因である可能性が示唆された.
