Research Abstract

本研究では、大型放射光施設SPring-8での放射光を利用し、2次元で血管血流の動画像を撮影する微小血管造影装置と、高解像度で広視野な3次元マイクロCT装置を改良し、生体における血管再生効果を視覚的及び定量的に評価する方法を確立した。これにより、ラットの心臓を使い2次元での血管血流の動画像で、血管再生での新規血管形成による心臓血管血流の改善を明らかにするなど、動態画像をもとにした機能解析を可能とした。さらに、心臓血管へバリウム造影剤を注入してホルマリン固定した標本を作製し、ラット心全体の3次元CT像を解像度6μmで撮影し、立体的に定量的評価を実施可能とした。
