Research Abstract

1.IV型コラーゲンのらせん形成にはN-アセチルシステインが酸化ストレスを介して間接的に作用する
2.ゼラチンフォームのポリペプチド鎖の精製を行なった。
3.IV型コラーゲンの転写は、I型コラーゲンと異なりアスコルビン酸の直接の影響を受けない。IV型コラーゲンに対するアスコルビン酸の作用は転写を介するものではなく、翻訳後の細胞内環境に依存する。
4.IV型コラーゲン遺伝子のC末端側のNC1ドメインに相当する部位を単離し、IV型コラーゲンを分泌している細胞に導入し強制発現させたところ、3本らせん形成に干渉するという直接的な結果は得られなかった。
5.ゼラチンフォームのα1(IV)鎖は小胞体に滞留する。コラーゲンらせん形成不全で引き起こされるもので、コラーゲンペプチドへのムチン型糖鎖の修飾と関連する。
