Research Abstract

研究成果の概要:超音波内視鏡下穿刺術とマイクロダイアリシス法を応用して局所における低分子物質量の測定法を開発し、薬物の局所薬物動態評価に成功した。また、超音波内視鏡を用いた膵疾患の局所病態生理を評価する方法として、超音波造影剤による血流評価、超音波内視鏡下穿刺による病理診断があり、その有用性を報告した。
