Research Abstract |
8週齢の雌のヘアレスマウスの背部にマイクロバブルと遺伝子の混合溶液0.05mlを複数箇所皮内投与した(SonoVue、Bracco社製、GFP(1μg/ml))。超音波発振素子画径6mmのプローベを用いて麻酔下の皮膚表面から照射した(2143kHz, 50% duty cycle, 3Hz Burst rate)。超音波照射後48時間後観察で、超音波強度0.5W/cm2、照射時間2と3minの群でGFPの発現が認められた。
