Research Abstract

急性疾患後や侵襲大の手術後等にはphysical deconditioning(以下、デコンディション)が生じやすい。この状態に対する適切な改善治療としては、近年、運動療法だけでは不十分と推定されており、消耗状態や低栄養状態等を勘案した包括的治療体系が必要ではないかと考えられるようになった。しかし、このことを追求した研究は過去・現在ともに乏しい。本研究では、デコンディション患者における運動能力・ADL 改善度と治療期間中の栄養状態との関連性を分析した。その結果、体組成が全般的低値を示すような低栄養患者を除き、大部分の患者ではリハ治療期間中のデコンディション改善度とTP 値・Alb 値・食事摂取量・総栄養投与量との間には明白な関連性を認めなかった。
