Research Abstract |
骨形成因子(BMP)をマウスに移植し, 超音波照射下での骨形成への影響および脊損マウスにおける異所性骨化への影響を調べた。超音波照射群は非照射群に比し有意な差で骨形成を抑制した。培養実験でBMPを付加した幼若筋が軟骨へ分化した。しかし組織像およびGAG量において両群間に有意差は見られなかった。脊損マウスは対照群に比べ有意に旺盛な新生骨形成を認めた。脊損における異所性骨化の病態像、異所性骨化治療手段としての超音波の影響が明らかになりつつあり、臨床と基礎の橋渡し的研究として有用であった。
