Research Abstract |
軟骨細胞は細胞周囲の環境に応じて、その活性を調節している. 軟骨細胞の脱分化を抑制すべく周期的機械的刺戟を加え、脱分化軟骨細胞の賦活化を試みた. 3次元包埋下圧縮ストレスによってI型コラーゲンの発現が減少し、II型コラーゲンおよびアグリカンの発現が増加し、軟骨細胞の再分化が促されることが明らかになった. BMP-2、b-FGFと機械的刺戟を同時に加えることによる相乗効果を期待したが、逆に効果が弱くなる事が明らかになった.
