Research Abstract

脳卒中患者のインスリン抵抗性の有無に関与する因子を検討し、インスリン抵抗性を有する患者では、内蔵脂肪面積が有意に増加している事が明らかにされたが、内蔵脂肪から分泌されるアデイポサイトカインには有意差が認められなかった。また、日常生活で意識的に歩行を行うことを3ヶ月間続けることによって、脳卒中患者ではインスリン抵抗性と内蔵脂肪面積に有意の減少が認められた。
