| Research Abstract |
寝たきりレベルの重度脳性麻痺児は普段、どのような姿勢を取り、どれだけ運動の刺激を受けるかを定量的に調査するために、小型のセンサからなる非拘束姿勢・運動記録システムを構築した。このシステムを用いた調査よって、重度脳性麻痺児は日中の活動だけでなく、夜間、睡眠時の体動や姿勢変化も極度に少ないことを明らかにした。この成果によって、変形予防のための姿勢介入は、1回ごとではなく、1日単位でプログラムを考えることが重要であると示唆された
