| Research Abstract |
介護保険施設の利用者が何らかのコミュニケーション障害を有する場合, 質の高いコミュニケーションをとるためには, 介護士が利用者個々のコミュニケーション能力に応じた適切なコミュニケーションスキルを習得していることが重要となる. そこで, 本研究では, 介護士のコミュニケーションスキルの向上を目的に, 言語聴覚士が効果的な支援を実施するための, 支援プログラムを開発し試行した. その結果, 支援後には, 介護士のコミュニケーションスキルが向上し, 支援の効果がみられた.
