Research Abstract

住宅改修技術の提供によってケアマネジャーを支援するシステムを検討し、住宅改修の質を高めることを目的とし、全国自治体の動向、建築設計者や自治体介護保険担当者が支援する事例、ケアマネジャーの活用可能な支援ソフトの効果について調べた。その結果、従来からの自治体の技術支援提供事業は介護保険制度発足以降後退しているなかで、在宅生活の質の改善に役立つ建築設計者の技術支援をケアマネジャーに活用しやすくする工夫を検討しながら、一方で介護保険制度内でのサポートの可能性を示した。
