Research Abstract

筋音図とは筋線維が収縮する際に、その径が側方向に拡大・変形する結果発生する一種の圧力波を起源とする信号であり、筋の収縮特性を分析するための新たな信号として注目されてきた。本研究では筋音図を用いて筋細胞(筋線維)レベルでの収縮特性を分析することを目的とした。具体的には(1)筋長変化に伴う筋収縮特性の変化を筋音図によって同定すること。(2)繰り返し刺激による誘発収縮時の筋収縮特性の変化を筋音図で記述した。
