Research Abstract

現代社会を豊かに生きるために必要なからだの智慧を想定し、『身体リテラシー』と名づけた。現代人に不可欠な教養としてとらえられる身体リテラシーの獲得に向けた教育の実現を意図し、その支援ツールの開発に取り組んだ。「福島大学学生版身体活動量調査票」の作成とe-ラーニングシステム「e-Karada」を構築するとともに、身体リテラシー概念にもとづく授業改善の方向性を見出した。
