| Research Abstract |
This study investigated the motivation of the volunteers and was going to search collecting and utilizing volunteer in comprehensive community sports clubs.
As a result, a participation motive factor of the "learning" "idea realization" "human relations" "contribution to society" "self-practical use" "interchange" was extracted, and a difference to depend according to a role in two factors was seen. The importance of developing the activity contents which satisfied the expectation that accepted each role for collecting and utilizing of the volunteer was suggested by this result.
