| Research Abstract |
1)本研究では,我が国の小中学校のすぐれたカリキュラム開発事例の整理,2)英米の小中学校におけるすぐれたカリキュラム開発事例の整理,3)「学校を基盤とするカリキュラム開発」における「リーダーシップ」に関する文献研究に従事した。
これらの活動による知見を集約し,「学校を基盤とするカリキュラム開発」における「リーダーシップグループ」の役割に関する,概念モデル及び実践モデルを開発した。それらは,創造的,民主的,管理的というカリキュラム・リーダーシップの特徴,カリキュラムに関する語りと探究のコミュニティの構成メンバーの多様性等を踏まえたものである。
