| Research Abstract |
骨髄では、アリールハイドロカーボン受容体(AhR)が、造血前駆細胞特異的に発現しており、同時に個々に特異的に発現するcytochrome p450 2E1(CYP2E1)の関与が、ベンゼンの毒性発現機構をなしている。これに基づいて、ベンゼンの影響を参照しつつ、
(1)AhRが分子進化に果たした役割、
(2)AhRの造血前駆細胞の細胞周期制御に対する役割、及び
(3)その異物相互作用の上での役割の3点を明らかにした。
