Research Abstract

マンガン酸化真菌が形成するマンガン酸化物と金属イオンの複合系を用いた有害オキソアニオン種の濃縮除去の可能性を検討した。KR21-2株は、Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II)の初期濃度が50 μM, 15 μM, 80 μM以下の濃度範囲でMn酸化物の形成が認められ、効率良く吸着除去された。オキソアニオン種のMn酸化物への吸着選択性は、W > V > Mo > As > Sb > Ge > Cr > Seであり、特にWの高い吸着性が認められた。しかしながら、これらのオキソアニオン種のMn酸化物への吸着量は、カチオン種に比較して一桁以上小さいことが明らかとなった。
