Research Abstract

本研究では、(1)周期的なナノ構造を有するポーラスシリコン、(2)ナノ構造を有する酸化物半導体(TiO_2)薄膜を対象として、その熱伝導率を非接触的で測定できる方法(透過型光音響法と改良型過渡回折格子法)を確立した。ナノ構造の表面形態の違いや表面に吸着した分子や半導体量子ドットおよび金属ナノ粒子により熱拡散率が顕著に変化することを見出した。従来のガス吸着による電気抵抗変化の測定法の代わりに、ガス分子吸着による熱拡散率の変化を利用するガスセンシングへの応用に関する基礎研究を行った。
